Qualtrics

Qualtrics is a user-friendly, web-based survey tool to conduct survey research, evaluations, and other data collection activities.

EKU Qualtrics Accounts

Access here: https://eku.qualtrics.com

Account Log In Details

Faculty, staff, and students are eligible for accounts. Account creation is automatic when visiting https://eku.qualtrics.com from a university-issued computer, or when signed into a university computer, using SSO sign in capabilites. If you are using a personal computer, please use the same URL https://eku.qualtrics.com and use your EKU email address/password for account creation. If you are using a computer issued from another university that uses Qualtrics, or have multiple accounts (e.g student and faculty, student and staff) using a different browser or an incognito window will help you sign into the correct account. 

EKU Qualtrics accounts are only accessible from the URL above. Please do not navigate to the public Qualtrics domain and attempt to create an account or sign up for a free trial - the public domain will not recognize your credentials and a free trial has many constraints and less features compared to the abilities and features available with the paid site license. 

Qualtrics Help and Tutorials:

Qualtrics has what they call XM Basecamp to help new users get familiar with the software. Use this link: https://basecamp.qualtrics.com/ If prompted to sign in for access, select the "sign in with SSO" hyperlink below the username and password prompt. Enter 'EKU' or 'eku' in the field that appears.

Qualtrics Support is also a great resource of step-by-step instructions and tutorials, with subjects and areas of interest listed in the table of contents on the left-hand side, or by using the search bar to search for a specific topic. From inside your account, the Qualtrics Help feature also has chat, email, and phone capabilities. To access, select the question mark in the top, right corner of your account. A window will display that lists a search bar, common topics, and at the bottom, an option to participate in a chat session, email support, or place a phone call. You will need to know your username and password to access. Your username is your EKU email and your password is the same as your EKU systems (computer, email, etc.) password. If your credentials are not accepted, select the "sign in with SSO" option below the username and password prompt and enter 'EKU' or 'eku' in the field that appears.
